About the Product & Process

+ What kind of photos should I upload? I don't have professional portraits.
You've come to the right place! Our process is designed for the photos you already have on your phone. Please upload your favorite solo shot of each person. They can be from different days, places, or lighting — as long as the face is clear, our artists can bring everyone together into one seamless masterpiece. That’s how we ensure each person’s unique personality shines through.
+ How is this different from an AI photo app?
We’re glad you asked! While we use advanced digital tools to start the artistic process, every portrait goes through a manual finishing stage by a human artist. We correct details, perfect facial features, and make sure the final piece feels warm and lifelike — not like an automated render. That human touch is the difference you can see and feel.
+ Can you include our pets?
Absolutely — pets are family! Please include them in your total character count and upload their best photo. We love turning furry (or feathery, or scaly!) friends into magical characters.
+ Can I see the artwork before it's printed?
Yes, always. You’ll receive a digital proof by email and you can request revisions. We don’t print until you’re 100% in love — that’s our “Perfect Portrait” Guarantee.
+ How long does the whole process take?
We start within 24 hours of your order. Design + revisions typically take 3–5 business days. After your approval, production and shipping take approximately 7–14 days depending on location. During peak holidays, we recommend ordering early!

+ What is the quality of the puzzle like?
We’re incredibly proud of our quality. Puzzles are made from high-quality, 100% recycled materials with a smooth satin finish to reduce glare. Pieces are ~2 mm thick for a snug, satisfying fit — so you can build your memory again and again.

+ Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — we ship family adventures worldwide. Shipping cost and delivery times are shown at checkout. Good news: FREE standard shipping is included on all orders.
+ I need this for a specific date. Can you guarantee delivery?
We’ll always do our best. Please contact us at hello@yourbrand.com before ordering with your date and location. We’ll advise the best options and possible express shipping. For major holidays, we publish clear order-by dates on the site.
+ What is your return policy?
Because each puzzle is fully custom and made just for you, we can’t accept returns. However, your happiness is our mission — that’s why we offer unlimited revisions on your digital proof before printing. If your puzzle arrives damaged, contact us immediately and we’ll make it right.
